Are you the reason for the teardrops on my guitar?

Was it just a long day? Am I just overworking myself? I have no idea, but I had an episode today. I was fine in school, but as soon as i got home, I busted out in tears. I couldn't make it stop; was it just another mini anxiety attack? My question for everyone and anyone............... Do you ever feel the need to cry for no reason at all?
